Covington Logistics Park will be a master-planned park located 27 miles east of I-285 via I-20. This new Class A industrial park, with the potential for up to 1,700,000+ SF of industrial space, will fill the expanding distribution needs in this corridor for existing and new industries in this growing area. Newton County has a strong industrial and manufacturing base, making Ashley Capital confident that this space will be leased quickly. Building 1 was completed in 2022 and Building 2 was completed in 2023.
